Ms Nurgess was great! She help me in the best possible way of getting my appointment and referral sorted. She was so sweet and lovely to talk to on the phone and made the appointment procedure simple and easy . Thank you so much for all her assistance

I wish to leave a review of one of the receptionist’s at the Loxford Polyclinic . The receptionist in question was of Exemplary Disposition-very courteous and very pro efficient in her duties . She is a credit to the NHS-and the NHS needs more staff like her ! I would say to the receptionist in question to keep up the excellent work !

I WISH TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE AT THE LOXFORD POLYCLINIC ON THE 13-08-20 AND THE EXEMPLARY TEMPERAMENT OF TWO PARTICULAR RECEPTIONISTS ( ASMA & NILOFA ) . THEY WERE VERY SYMPATHETIC AND COURTEOUS AND I CONGRATULATE THE NHS FOR HAVING SUCH STAFF . THESE TWO PARTICULAR RECEPTIONISTS ARE A CREDIT TO THE NHS -AND IT S MY RECCOMENDATION TO THE NHS THAT THEY OUGHT TO HAVE MORE STAFF ON THE NHS LIKE THESE TWO PARTICULAR RECEPTIONISTS . TO THESE TWO PARTICULAR RECEPTIONISTS - ISAY THAT TO KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK !

Rude arrogant and obnoxious staff. The Doctors are great however the staff at reception really need someone to have a word about how they treat people. It’s like they relish in the fact that they are in a position to help you but don’t want to. Everytime I have visited it’s always been the same and the moment you speak to them in the same way it’s unacceptable behaviour. Sort out your attitude as we’re only there as we need not for fun.

I do not recommend this practice to anyone at all. Just a simple blood test is such a confusing process here , staff at reception misguide you and nurse staff is very rude and ill mannered. Phone lines are never accessible in the morning for appointment .
